injured reserve

this is what you get when you step off the pony for a full weekend (at a fat tire fest, no less) and venture a trail with only running shoes and a camera, and not even one ounce of potential for speed:

sigh.
i dare and challenge all you mtb'ers out there to a 'get off your bike day'. seriously. get off your bike and go hike your favorite loop, and just see what you see, differently. it might surprise you.

Awesome pics! I love the purple cactus. And you're right...go for a hike and you'll see what you've been missing.

If I accept your challenge, can I bring my bike?

U know SSers Get-Off more.

cal, you can bring your bike, but you have to carry it on your back. and, a bike on your back will make for pain and suffering and not-so-easy movement, which is not the goal. take a camera instead. i want to see pictures, and i want to hear your story. i want to see what you see, differently.

yes, SSers get off more, but still ... ;-) . im now officially off the SS crack train ;-(

woowooo!!
